Riteway Takes the Next Step in Commitment to Safety
GERMANTOWN, WI - July, 2009 - Riteway Bus Service has taken the next step in their commitment to safety by providing anti-terrorism training for their workforce. The training equips Riteway's motorcoach drivers, management staff and dispatchers with the skills to put in place the plans and procedures that will safeguard customers, co-workers and the community, in the eve nt of an emergency.
The July training was conducted by Osen-Hunter, a family of companies specializing in security solutions for corporate and individual clients. Osen-Hunter customized a program to specifically suit Riteway's needs. The course presented to the Riteway staff consisted of both lecture and hands-on role playing. In addition to the employee training, an additional "train the trainer" course was provided for selected individuals who will train new hires as part of Riteway's new employee orientation program.
Ronald Bast, president of Riteway commented, "By training our employees to know more about terrorism and how they can prevent it, we can help insure the safety of our passengers, roadways and cities". Anti-terrorism training is one of several measurers Riteway has implemented toward their commitment to safety.
